🟠 Part 1: Sugarcane Juice, Market Life & Your First Saigon Ride

Your experience begins when your Vietnamese female moped driver and English-speaking guide meets you. After a brief introduction and safety check, we head into Saigon’s streets and make our way toward a lively market area.

Our first tasting is a refreshing sugarcane juice with kumquat. Sweet, cold, and lightly citrusy, it is an easy and refreshing way to begin the food adventure.

From the market, we continue through surrounding streets, passing small shops, cafés, homes, food stalls, and everyday city scenes. The opening ride gives you an immediate introduction to Saigon’s constantly moving street life.

🟠 Part 2: Bún Bò Huế & Iced Jasmine Tea

We then head to a neighborhood food destination for Bún Bò Huế, a flavorful beef noodle soup with aromatic broth, lemongrass, chili, and tender beef.

Enjoy the soup with iced jasmine tea, then take some time to relax before getting back on the moped.

Finally, finish with a choice of flan cake or Vietnamese chè before taking one last moped ride through the city.
