Welcome to Bike Tours Hanoi. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our tours and services. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

  • Your reservation has been accepted by Bike Tours Hanoi.
  • Full or partial payment (if applicable) has been received.
  • A confirmation email or WhatsApp message has been sent to you.

Please review your booking details carefully and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.

2. Prices

All prices are listed in the currency shown on our website unless otherwise stated.

Prices include the services specified in each tour description. Additional personal expenses, optional activities, tips, and items not mentioned are not included.

Bike Tours Hanoi reserves the right to adjust prices at any time before a booking is confirmed.

3. Payment

We accept payment by:

  • Visa & MasterCard
  • Bank Transfer
  • Wise
  • Cash (USD or VND)
  • Other approved payment methods available during checkout

Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled departure: Free cancellation with a full refund.
  • Within 48 hours of departure or in the event of a No-Show: 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change your booking are subject to availability.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes to the tour date, departure time, or participant details, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Cancellation by Bike Tours Hanoi

Bike Tours Hanoi reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Road closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Safety concerns
  • Other unforeseen operational circumstances

If we cancel a tour before departure, you will be offered an alternative tour, a different date, or a full refund.

7. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to join the tour.

Please inform us before departure if you have:

  • Medical conditions
  • Food allergies
  • Mobility limitations
  • Pregnancy
  • Any other health concerns that may affect your participation

All participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide throughout the experience.

Bike Tours Hanoi reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest’s condition may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.

8. Participant Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information.
  • Arriving at the agreed pickup location on time.
  • Following all safety instructions.
  • Respecting local customs, communities, and the environment.
  • Taking reasonable care of the bicycle and provided equipment.

Guests may be responsible for costs arising from intentional damage or loss caused by negligence.

9. Liability

Bike Tours Hanoi takes every reasonable precaution to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.

However, participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bike Tours Hanoi shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Expenses resulting from missed flights, trains, or other travel connections

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance before participating in our tours.

Your insurance should ideally cover:

  • Medical expenses
  • Personal accidents
  • Trip cancellation
  • Personal belongings

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Bike Tours Hanoi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
