• 08:00: Meet your guide and car at your hotel or residence in Hanoi.
• 09:30: Arrive at Ri village and be greeted by your host, Duoc, a Vietnam War veteran and tea-farm owner. Enjoy a drink while listening to his historical stories.
• 10:00: Follow Duoc to his tea farm and learn how to harvest tea leaves using traditional methods. Admire the picturesque scenery of the village while picking the finest tea leaves for the most delightful Vietnamese beverage. Then, witness the manual process of making tea at his small workshop.
• 11:15: Drive for 10 minutes to Moc village, where you will have a cooking class with Chin, a friendly local host. Learn how to prepare and cook delicious Vietnamese dishes before sitting down to enjoy a scrumptious lunch made from the food you helped prepare.
