3. Where do you provide hotel pickup?

We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off for hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter.

If you are staying outside the Old Quarter, we will arrange a convenient meeting point, usually near the Hanoi Opera House or our office.

4. What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for cycling, sports shoes or sneakers, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat during sunny days.

5. What happens if it rains?

Our tours operate rain or shine.

We provide complimentary rain ponchos for light rain. In case of severe weather that may affect safety, we will contact you to reschedule or offer the best available solution.

6. Are your bicycle tours suitable for children?

Yes. Families are welcome.

We can provide children’s bicycles or child seats upon request. Please let us know the child’s age and height when booking so we can prepare suitable equipment.
