Navigating an alley, our first stop is Vietnamese Coffee—a serene setting for discussing the tour itinerary. Take a photo break on the motorbike, glimpsing into the daily lives of locals within and beyond the Citadel.
Indulge in Banh Khoai (Hue Pancake) and Nem Lui (Grilled Pork Rolled with Rice Papers) as our guide shares the historical background of these delightful dishes.
Embark on a 20-minute motorcycle journey to a local Kim Long family skilled in crafting Banh Loc-Filter. Delight in Tapioca Dumpling, Banh Beo-Small steamed rice dumplings with shrimps, Nam-Steamed Flat Rice Dumplings, and Ram It-Sticky Rice Dumplings on fried Dumplings.
